Five turquoise colored character bone rectangular beads, 15mm-20mm long.
The bone beads are rectangular and 15mm-20mm long, 14mm-17mm wide and 7mm-13mm thick. The cord hole sits in the middle of the bead and has a diameter of approx. 2mm.
These bone beads are very irregular. Some pieces are curved and some are flat. These bone beads don't want to please and are certainly not for everyone. Some bone beads have spots, rough spots, cuts and other irregularities. While the top is rather smooth, the bottom is usually rough.
The photos show the front and back of the bone beads as they differ from each other.
Bone beads have a great milky color and can be combined with many beads. The bone beads only unfold their true beauty as a piece of jewellery. Please note that Bone Beads can become very heavy in large quantities. For bracelets and necklaces, it is good to combine the bone beads with lighter beads.
The bone beads are made from animal bone waste and come from Brazil.
Beads made from animal bones seem a bit strange at first, but in fact the idea behind it is to reuse any kind of waste, including animal waste.
